Hi, I'm Terri
I'm just a regular girl who started asking questions. In March 2026 I watched The Plastic Detox on Netflix, read Shanna Swan's Count Down, and started looking at my house differently. I live with a few chronic health conditions, so cutting back on synthetic chemicals felt like something I could actually do something about.
The kitchen was the easy part. My closet was not! Almost everything I owned was polyester and nylon, right down to my underwear. I'm still working on it.
Don't do this part alone!
